Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO and Director in responding to customer emails.
  • Support sales by generating and following up on business leads.
  • Identify potential clients and reach out with business proposals.
  • Follow-up on inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Help with client acquisition and retention by understanding customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales tasks.
  • Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT is an added advantage.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  • Must be driven, resourceful, and able to work well in a team.
  • Must have a willingness to learn and provide support.
  • No specific technical skills required.
Other Criteria:
  • Diploma in electrical or electronics is a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates who are keen may apply
  • Available to start immediately.
