The Sales / Business Development Executive is expected to excellently execute all assigned functions relating to sales, account management, new business development/expansions, new product launches, and promotion of company products and services. We have two vacancies - one for the construction business unit (EasyHomes Inc.) and one for the wooden pallet business unit (Quadsys Incorporated).
Business Development: Market Research and Analysis
Designs and executes market research and analysis;
Solicits feedback on products and services;
Makes recommendations on product improvements based on client feedback;
Prepares sales forecasts based on reliable assumptions;
Plans and implements productive, weekly sales call itineraries, with pre-call preparations
Sales and Account Management Functions
Ensures every client presentation is relevant, updated, and engaging;
Attends to client inquiries, requests, and concerns;
Leads the closing and negotiations with clients;
Engages in client prospecting, attending client meetings, introducing products and services; and conducting sales blitz when warranted;
Facilitates timely submission of commercial bids;
Sustains good relationships with clients, conducts effective probing, inquires about client concerns, and attends client calls with the sales team;
Prepares pricing computations, quotations, and proposals
Coordinates with operational departments on client requirements/concerns
Prepares the necessary management reports
With at least 5 years sales experience in any or all of the following: supply chain industry, construction industry, packaging industry
With a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course
Must have a valid driver's license - must be comfortable and willing to travel
Mastery of the English language - written and oral
Sales expertise - conducting market analysis, prospecting, sales presentations
Excellent customer relations - can build/sustain goodwill, knows how to handle difficult customers and objections
Skills in problem analysis and problem-solving
Technologically-savvy
Flexible and collaborative - excellent listener, can handle and can get along with various teams
Fast learner, self-motivated and results-oriented, can work under pressure.
