Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Prepare Sales Order & Purchase Orders
  • To provide support on daily ordering, send orders, data entry, invoicing, update inventory system and keep track of records etc.
  • Prepare Delivery Orders and liaise on logistics arrangements with customers and the logistic team
  • Coordinate with warehouse for stock and order matter
  • Scanning, sorting, photocopying, and filing documents
  • Assist in any other ad hoc duties when required by superior
Requirements
  • Experience in Inventory Reconciliation and SAP would be an advantage
  • Good working attitude, Fast Learner, Organized and Independent
  • Business communication skills
  • Coordination and planning skills
