Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Graduate (any course)

• Willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City

• Accept phone inquiries, accommodate walk-in clients and monitor email inquiries.
• Delegate call inquiries and accommodated walk-in clients to the assigned agent per area.
• Assist Sales Team and Distributors on their needs in able to sell such as Company Profile, Calling Cards, Flyers, Samples, etc. etc.
• Coordinate with respective department to ensure that sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Facilitate Trade Shows, other Marketing Events and coordinate with Organizers.
• Record received Sales Orders or Purchase Orders from Sales Team.
• Process request of ordered products and ensure that they are according to customer requirements, accurate and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Manager for all warehouse and product needs.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Manager or Inventory Control Supervisor for stocks status.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Manager or Supervisor for schedule of delivery.
• Develop and maintain filing system so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the Finance Department.
• Record received cash, check or transactions slips for payments received from Sales Team.
• Transmit received cash, check or transactions slips to the Finance Department.
• Reconcile Sales, Payments and Accounts Receivable records with the Finance Department every month.
• Record all received Itinerary and Liquidation Reports submitted by the Sales Team
• Facilitate Sales Team's meeting
• Perform other task that may be assigned
