Job Description

Summary:

• 5 Working Day: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
• Location: Pioneer / Changi
• AWS + VB + MNC Logistic Group + Career Progression

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order processing, administration and management of Material orders received from customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction with quick response times to all customer requests and inquiries.
• Responsible to adhere & follow company SOP, IA rules & regulations.
• Create shipping documents and perform good receipts in SAP.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate customers\' order records on the monitoring sheet, including customer specific information, sales contracts/quotation, labelling and packing and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate & liaise with the warehousing and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide accuracy of inventory in the warehouse.

Requirement:

• Proficient in SAP / WMS
• 2-3 years\' Experience in 3PL (Freight forwarding in Land / Sea)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
