Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Permanent and stable opportunity
- Raffles Place
- Basic up to $4,000 + AWS + VB + $1,400 Flexi Benefits
- Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM/9AM-6PM
- Process shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, COO), invoicing/billing and document filing
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, bankers, freight forwarders and vendors
- Prepare export letters of credit (LC) for customers and support documentation submission to the bank for payment processing before the vessel arrives at the customer\'s location
- Any other relevant ad-hoc administrative matters
- Minimum diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in an International trading environment
