Efficiently manage order receipts, prioritizing timely order processing while maintaining positive customer interactions and relationships.
Support the order-to-cash process by ensuring excellence in order processing.
Register and process customer orders in the system, received via email, phone, or other communication channels.
Ensure that orders are processed accurately and completely before being handed over to logistics for shipment. Address any issues related to delivery or invoicing with the Supervisor.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and resolving complaints as needed.
Complete the registration, filing, and archiving of customer service-related documentation.
Ensure effective coordination between customer service and other departments in managing customer orders.
Provide ad-hoc general administrative support as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Management, or an equivalent field.
1-3 years of work experience in customer service or order management, preferably within a distribution center.
Excellent negotiation skills and a focus on cost efficiency.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
