$2500 to $3000 * Work Week
Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm) * Min. Qualification
O-Level * Experience

Responsibilities
- To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
- To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
- To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
- To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
- To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
- To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
- Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level / NITEC / Diploma or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication skills
- Able to interact with all level of staff
- A team player with good working attitude
- Computer knowledge in MS Office

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm)
** Company\'s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
