The Valves team at Baker Hughes is looking to Partner with Offshore Marine Sales Manager in Asean to expand our footprint. Partner with the best

You will work with support Channel partners to focus on Offshore Marine market penetration and drive project pursuit strategies. Enabling Comm-Ops team submit winning bids through product differentiation.

As a Sales Manager Offshore Marine Industry you will be responsible for:

Developing sales plans and strategies to increase Offshore Marine market penetration within Asean region.

Pre-qualifying Baker Hughes Valve Products on all Offshore Marine projects in the assigned territory.

Identifying key clients, develop rapport, plan for retention of key customers and enhance client interaction.

Understanding and update on competitor activity - Product launches, Promotional programs, initiatives, strategies, pricing & packaging trends and quality concerns raised by customers.

Identifying and update BH product gaps, application challenges, channel issues and Voice of customer.

Driving Sales initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 Organize presentations, seminars, technical sessions, and share industry news and market trend.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 10 years experience in handling Offshore / Marine industry in Asean market

Have relevant experience / Knowledge in dealing with Control valves and Safety relief valves

Have Application / Technical / Product selling capabilities

Have a good oral and written communication skills
