Presentable, Possess a good working attitude and is a Team Player.

Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Handles OVERSEAS Customers enquiries through emails (overseas customers) able to handle lots of emails with Customers and inter-companies
Coordinate with inter-companies / suppliers to arrange shipments.
Prepare quotations / proforma invoice / order confirmation.
Entering the orders into our in-house system
Other ad-hoc tasks relates to SALES
**Who Can Apply : GCE Levels / Diploma / ITE In Business Admin / Customer Service / Sales or related disciplines. \xe2\x80\x93 With / Without Working Experience In The Retail / WholeSales Service Industry Are Welcomed.**

WORKING TERMS;
8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Report to Paya Lebar, Singapore HQ Office

OTHERS;
