GCE'O' level with credit in English and Chinese Good customer service skills. 1 to 2 years shipping related working experience in manufacturing industry preferred. Attend to enquiries, order processing. liaise with HQ in Japan and subsidiary office in Thailand. Coordinate with customers on order forecast and delivery schedule, prepare documents and shipping arrangement. Monthly sales report preparation. Support sales team in new sales development. ..
