Job Description
Job Scope:
- Order Processing and Delivery follow-ups including generating Delivery Order
- Accessing Customer\xe2\x80\x99s on-line system for PO retrieval and delivery updates
- Handling and keeping track of customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiry and order
- Preparing of shipping documents (only applicable to overseas transactions)
- Ensuring customer\xe2\x80\x99s order is being processed and delivered successfully.
- Filing of quotations completed purchase orders, correspondences, etc
- Liaising with customer and or Delivery Department on returned goods/cargo
- Issuing Debit and Credit Note when applicable
Requirement:
- 3 year of experience in order fulfilment role
- Knowledge in JDE system will be advantage
- Knowledge in shipping documentation is a must
