Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase orders, prepare invoices and generate DO upon receipt of confirmed sales order.
  • To coordinate and arrange delivery order , shippment and monitoring status order.
  • Communicate with internal departments on general sales support activities.
  • Maintain proper filling of documentation and generating monthly reports
Requirements:
  • Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
  • PC literate and proficiency in MS Office, Excel
  • A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
  • 1-2years admin sales experience preferred
  • Candidate with basic shipping knowledge is an added advantage
