Job Scope:
The key responsibilities of this role are
. Support order processing, issue invoices and schedule for delivery between customers and forwarders
- Build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
- Meeting customers to build rapport, maintain relationships, and expand database of customers
- Answering phone calls, emails and enquiries
- Processing quotations, item status, arranging for deliveries to ensure customers orders are scheduled on-time
- Follow up on sales order, shipment and payment status
- Respond to customers’ enquiries including quotations, order status, delivery schedules etc. promptly
- Handles post-sales follow-ups or enquiries from customers
