Job Description



Responsibility

  • Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customisations and amendments
  • Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers
  • Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales
  • Develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships
  • Assist in operational procedures i.e. customisation of tours, tour logistics and on the ground management
  • Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance of operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures
  • Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and updates
  • Follow up and maintain relationship with clients
  • Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback and customer reviews
  • Oversee sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team
  • Handle other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Experience in travel/customer service industry will be an added advantage
