About the Role/ The Opportunity:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will gain experience interacting with customers of all levels across a variety of industries. You will work closely with our Account Executives to hunt new business within specific territories whilst also working with a highly talented Marketing team that generates inbound leads to be pursued.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Effectively manage campaigns
  • Work with sales organization to help schedule meetings
  • Partner with sales team to build quality pipeline
  • Stay engaged with and nurture your deals
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, industry, Sitecore products
What You Need to Succeed
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort in metrics-driven organization (including number of calls made per day)
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and craft relevant messaging

  • Part of this unique opportunity includes attending our Sitecore Academy. This is a program that is focused on enabling future all-star Account Executives within our organization. This is a multi-step training program that begins with a class-room style bootcamp and continues to various on-the-job training. The program consists of 3 phases: each which gives more responsibility and earning potential.
