About The Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to build a strong sales pipeline. In this role, you will:

• 
  Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that result in qualified opportunities to the Sales team
• 
  Own a territory and be responsible for driving qualified tours and handoffs to accelerate sales performance
• 
  Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
• 
  Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data
• 
  Execute strategy and process implemented by Inside Sales Leadership
• 
  Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects
• 
  Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• 
  At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or related industry
• 
  Experience in working and thriving in a fast paced environment
• 
  Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
• 
  Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce experience highly desirable
• 
  Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing and handing off sales
• 
  Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
• 
  Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
• 
  Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
• 
  Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• 
  Fluent verbal and written English, and a second language of written and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred, but not a must) due to the need to support the Indonesia market
• 
  Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skill
