We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director or Sales Manager to lead institutional sales for our cloud mining and compute-power financial services. The ideal candidate has strong industry networks, proven success closing million-dollar institutional deals, and--at Director level--experience leading teams or building new business lines.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sales strategies and achieve revenue and profit targets.
Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with institutional clients, HNWIs, crypto funds, exchanges, and mining pools.
Manage and grow high-value client relationships (>USD 1M annual volume).
Build and optimize channel partnerships across crypto and traditional financial sectors.
Understand client needs and deliver customized compute-power and financial solutions (structured products / RWA).
(Director-level) Hire, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team; implement KPIs and CRM improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and pricing studies.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales or BD experience in crypto, fintech, SaaS/cloud, or data center industries.
Proven track record closing and managing large institutional deals >USD 1M.
Strong network within crypto funds, exchanges, miners, and institutional investors.
Director-level requires 2+ years of team leadership or 0?1 business-building experience.
Manager-level: team management experience not required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Bitcoin, mining economics, and compute-power products.
CRM tools proficiency (Salesforce).
Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in major crypto exchanges, mining companies, or high-growth fintech firms.
Knowledge of compute-power financialization and RWA.
Multilingual and cross-border sales experience.
