Our customer segments and sales focus includes Agencies, PR, digital, creative, talent and media, Brands, Media Companies, Publishers and current senior contacts within these companies is highly desirable as is your demonstrated ability to establish a strategic relationship with customers and key executive decision makers And working with your global peers you'll identify and develop winning strategies and tactics to activate a portfolio of enterprise level customers in the SEA region. The ability to conceive, plan and execute on the agreed strategy is a core component of this important role. You will work with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to evangelize the company's product offering to clients and meet client expectations and performance objectives. A track record of proactive collaboration with multifunction teams is important as you will be working closely with the company's customer success team to ensure full contract renewal and continued growth. As an executive with a track record in this region you will have a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to craft a best-in-class with the company's pitch highlighting product features and associated benefits to address customer needs. And be able to constantly assess, clarify, and validate customer growth needs on an ongoing basis Key Deliverables: .Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets .Actively manage the pipeline and growth across new prospects and existing subscribers .Utilise tools like Salesforce, Zoom Info and Outreach to track identify and automate winning outreach strategies .Conduct presentations / demos at a high standard to the required volume .Meet other key account objectives defined by company management .Monitor and report of relevant competitor activity .Lead a small team on ground and remotely .Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events
