A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're going to 20x our business in 2022, and are building a world class sales org to help us get there. By the end of this year alone, our sales org will surpass 100 pax and deliver US$40M in revenue. Our Sales Enablement Leads are responsible to deliver on revenue targets, while closing inbound leads (delivered through marketing channels and SDRs) and sourcing direct opportunity through outbound sales activity. We use HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and SalesScreen to help get the job done.
As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for onboarding and training a fast growth sales team. Your objective is to help them ramp and develop, to overachieve on target and scale organisationally.
