Let\xe2\x80\x99s shape the future of wealth management together.The Sales Enabler Specialist systematically involves front demand into sales approach for Global NRI representatives supporting all 4 locations \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong & Zurich. The objective is to create a community to act as a connect between Front and key stakeholders across IWMS, Markets, lending to build consensus and commercialise trade ideas, campaigns & launch of key initiatives. The focus is to drive increased alignment across the bank and drive scale as well as leverage optimally the resources and solutions made available.YOUR CHALLENGEShortlisting & commercialising published trade ideas across asset classes

  • Analyse trade ideas, product launches, campaigns from various teams within IWMS, markets, Lending functions published , daily, weekly & Ad hoc
  • Shortlist key ideas to focus on. Engage proactive with Front RM\xe2\x80\x99s in each location & drive consensus to help scale NNM, volumes and revenues
  • Identify possible target clients - activate dormant / inactive clients as well as identify suitable clients for key RM\xe2\x80\x99s to take the solution to. Assist RM\xe2\x80\x99s to drive penetration & deepening of client share of wallet
  • Review of sales activities to identify traction & reach on these
Work with Front on bespoke solutions
  • Proactively collect front ideas and need for special solutions
  • Work with key stakeholders across IWMS, Markets, lending to facilitate alignment & solutioning
Facilitating Portfolio reviews for Clients
  • Co-ordinating portfolio reviews for
CHF 10 Mio AUM and also key PSR clients (identified & shortlisted through team heads) with IWMS Portfolio reviews Asia & ZH team * Monitor/help RMs on implementation of suggested ideas via client portfolio actionDriving Recurring revenue initiatives
  • Partner with Business Development (BD), RM, Mandate & Financial Advisors to increase DM penetration
  • Drive engagement with BD&RM on Fund switch recommendations from IWMS
Generic support to Front
  • Collate & share periodic updates on markets & educational demand at the front \xe2\x80\x93 for eg India connectivity & awareness building
  • Collect and share \xe2\x80\x9cbest practices\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9csuccess stories\xe2\x80\x9d from other businesses & regions

Professional and Technical
  • A good Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • At least 7-10 years experience working with RM\xe2\x80\x99s & possess sound understanding of multiple asset class investment strategies \xe2\x80\x93 Fixed Income, Equities, Structured Products, FX
  • CACS Papers 1 and 2
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
