About the role
This is a newly created role within our Growth Marketing function this role will be a dedicated marketing resource who will be responsible for building and optimising outreach sequences working closely with our Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Join our Growth Marketing team to drive a tech led sales process
• This is a hands-on role where you will need to build and optimise outreach sequences for sales reps to increase engagement between sales reps and prospects. The result will be measured with more product demos being booked and sat.
• This will include building skeleton email templates, testing variants, testing the effectiveness of different channels e.g. WhatsApp & LinkedIn
• You will be expected to build and report back on experiments
• You will work closely with the operations team to add relevant triggers to outreach sequences
• You will need to work quite closely with sales teams to integrate feedback into revised sequences

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 1 years total) in a fast-paced sales or marketing environment

• Proficiency with sales and marketing CRM technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Outreach
• Ideally you will have some experience with Outreach (or similar tool)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a test and learn mentality
• This role would suit someone with a Sales background interested in moving into a marketing role
• Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment
