Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Service Contract Sales & Admin
1. Grow Service contract sales by planning & achieving sales objectives & sales target
2. Develop new account while maintaining existing account
3. Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
4. Establish and maintain strong rapport with client
5. Prepare costing and contract quote
6. Prepare sales report
7. Attend to customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints
8. Coordinate with colleagues to optimize sales effort
9. Follow up & collection payment
10. Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Pre-requisites
1. Recognised Diploma or Degree in Engineering
2. Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
3. Possess own car
4. Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry
