Our client has pioneered an entirely new and automated approach to the test, evaluation and validation of machine learning models. With over $15 Million USD invested and a growing list of customers, especially across the US Government, we are changing the industry of data science.

They are looking for a Sales Engineer / Data Scientist to join our fast-moving team. Working across the company\'s business and technical teams, you will drive the technical adoption of our solution. The ideal candidate is a proven, customer-focused team player that thrives in a start-up environment. This position is remote.


This role requires US Citizenship. Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher) is preferred


Responsibilities

• You will serve as a core technical expert to win new customers and inform their technology roadmap.
• Partner with our Federal Sales team during the sales cycle and enable prospects to understand the benefits of leveraging the platform
• Lead technical demonstrations and support sales evaluations
• Work to qualify business opportunities and identify key customer technical objections. Develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments during the sales cycle.
• Gather technical requirements from prospective clients and mapping the platform to the prospective clients\xe2\x80\x99 unique requirements
• Build a technical rollout plan to drive adoption and grow adoption.
• Partner with Marketing to deliver tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations adapted for technical, business, and executive partners
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide customer and market feedback to help define product roadmap
  

Skills Needed

• Technical expertise in Data Science with at least 3+ years experience
  • Examples include Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Python, and AWS solutions.
• Perceptive and Quick learner, self-starter, and comfortable working with ambiguities
• Ability to understand the workflow and tools used by data scientists
• Excellent communicator and presenter; able to win the confidence of a technical audience and simplify messaging
