Job Description
Job duties:
- Conducting & presenting proposal for building controls solutions for consultants, contractors, and clients
- Maintaining rapport with clients and ensuring healthy customer relation
- Figure out new business development way with new & current clients
- Liaising with all departments to better promote package solutions
- Negotiates with clients to improve values to maximizes sales
- Complying all relevant environmental, health and safety regulations
- Diploma/Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related major
- 1 to 4 years Building Automation System or HVAC business development experience
- Customer driven with good communication & interpersonal skills
