Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Take responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and soliciting business opportunities for a diverse range of Testing services for both Environmental and Non-Food products.
\xe2\x80\x93 Identify and foster strategic partnerships to expand into new markets, develop additional services, and target potential prospects within assigned markets.
\xe2\x80\x93 Service and grow assigned accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as customer base growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
\xe2\x80\x93 Create compelling business proposals that effectively communicate our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety, and sustainable solutions to customers, ensuring timely submission.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure a positive customer experience and engage clients through prompt responses and exceptional customer service.
\xe2\x80\x93 Establish, strengthen, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
\xe2\x80\x93 Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme.

Key Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Hold a minimum of a degree in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in corporate sales.
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess clear and articulate thinking abilities to effectively convey information.
\xe2\x80\x93 Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities to build positive networks with clients and customers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and a high level of motivation to achieve targets.
