Primary Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and soliciting business opportunities for a diverse range of Testing services for both Environmental and Non-Food products.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships to expand into new markets, develop additional services, and target potential prospects within assigned markets.
- Service and grow assigned accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as customer base growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Create compelling business proposals that effectively communicate our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety, and sustainable solutions to customers, ensuring timely submission.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and engage clients through prompt responses and exceptional customer service.
- Establish, strengthen, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a degree in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in corporate sales.
- Possess clear and articulate thinking abilities to effectively convey information.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities to build positive networks with clients and customers.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and a high level of motivation to achieve targets.
