Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and help define solution strategy and proposal
Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor to customers, prospects, partners and internal team
Collaborate with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders in RFPs, RFQs with the required information to meet the project/tender requirement and submission
Ability to lead and conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Demo activities to assist sales in closing deals
Provide technical information and supervision to our partners and clients
Conduct knowledge transfer process after sales closure to project management team
Work closely with the vendor to understand new features of our products and solutions and provide valuable insights to the development team based on the ground feedback
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent
Min 2 years of hands-on experience in Network infrastructure and CyberSecurity
Working knowledge to the following skill sets are preferred
Enterprise email security solutions
Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance and Data privacy
Endpoint Security, Security Training & Awareness
