Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow assigned accounts through a \xe2\x80\x9cSolutions Selling\xe2\x80\x9d mindset. Ability to quickly understand customers applications and think of ideas that help solve the challenges is key to be successful in this role.
• Provide excellent customer service to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
• Build excellent relationship with the key contacts and Influencers at assigned customers.
• Carry a \xe2\x80\x9chunters\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, always on the lookout for new business opportunities.
• Ability to perform sales forecasting and Account plans to set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Competitor activity monitoring, assessing business risks and seamless reporting back to supervisor.
• Possess good knowledge of products and its applications increasing sales.
• Works closely with the Engineering Services department to value sell solutions.
• Drive collaboration and communication between departments to meet customer expectation.
• Earn customer specifications positioning as the customer\'s preferred supplier leading to profitable growth.
• Other duties and assignments as assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or strong science/technical discipline with at least 4 years of sales experience covering General Industrial markets in Singapore.
• Strong business network and relationships with key contacts at major OEM/Owner companies in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), QuickBooks/SAP B1 and ability to learn business systems and other software platforms as required.
