Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support for key accounts.
- Develop and Manage key accounts
- Assist customers promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email.
- Understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and make appropriate recommendations based on their application.
- Log and track customer interactions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Communicate customer requests and industry trends to other departments to help Edmund Optics to better service the market.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and off-site trainings.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field with 2 years working experience in a Technical Sales position
- Basic knowledge and technical aptitude in precision engineering, photonics or a related field
- Basic customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Able to travel and visit customers.
- Ability to review, edit, and draft technical documents such as spec sheets, application notes, etc.
