The client is widely recognized for being a trailblazer in the supply of specialized valves for steam and water applications and has established a regional presence.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of identifying and implementing new business opportunities. Conduct pre-sales tasks, including generating project budget estimates, providing quotes, calculating costs, completing technical specifications, and delivering product catalogs and engineering data to clients. Facilitate the credit application process for prospective customers. Generate and manage sales and delivery orders, ensuring timely delivery of products. Participate in on-site meetings and address customer complaints, then liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues. Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Engineering 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales, with a preference for backgrounds in refineries, petrochemical plants, or related industries. Demonstrates a highly positive attitude towards sales and customer service. Exhibits strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal. Owning a vehicle is advantageous.
