Carries out and gives management precise forecasts and sales pipeline plans for planning
Actively solicits distributors for service sales (aftermarket items) in addition to spare parts sales.
Develops sales strategy in conjunction with the sales team to focus on identifying new prospects inside current accounts.

Possess extensive understanding of a broad variety of diesel industrial engines, ranging in capacity from small to large, in order to support distributors by offering technical advise on spare parts.
Optimises the amount of inventory (own stock and consignment stock) at the customer\'s location in order to minimise stock-up costs and provide customers with sufficient parts availability.
Retains precise documentation of all projects, costs, sales, and activity reports
Makes and delivers proposal presentations to prospects, clients, and sales people.
Oversees and takes part in cross-functional programs for continual development.
Carries out further aftermarket and parts sales tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
A mechanical or electrical engineering diploma or degree with at least three years of relevant experience, ideally in the automotive or spare parts industries
A reasonable amount of travel (10 - 15%) in the Asia Pacific and South East Asia region is required for this role.
Possess great presenting skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
Have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and a strong passion for spare parts and power generation goods.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-reliant, goal-oriented, and possessing excellent business and commercial acumen
It will be helpful to have prior knowledge with engine manufacturers\' spare parts.
