Responsibilities:



Attend product and application training at the company's regional head office in Singapore (approximately 3 to 6 months). Training is fully paid. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training. Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using the company's products across a variety of industries, by selecting and promoting the appropriate solutions. Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to corporate expectations and addressing diverse customer challenges. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests. Consistently and effectively secure new customers. Travel to customer locations three days per week to successfully sell products and services into a broad range of manufacturing and related industries. Coordinate account strategies and contribute to the territory's overall strategic plan. Implement new product launch strategies successfully. Deliver measurable growth in market share within the assigned sales territory. Organize and coordinate off-site seminars and trade shows as required. Manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision. Understand and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements:



Preferably a Degree in Business or Engineering-related disciplines. Interest and aptitude for mastering highly technical products. Strong interest in working within manufacturing and industrial environments. Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to actively listen and respond proactively to customer inquiries and requests. Goal-oriented and highly driven, with a strong desire to make a measurable impact on the company's success. Eagerness to continuously improve through intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and a structured, process-driven sales approach. Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures, including professional dress code, punctuality, attendance, and adherence to sales protocols. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including potential overnight travel. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
