You will be serving as the primary and ongoing technical point of contact for our customer's technical teams.
You will be responsible for planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation.
You will work closely with our customers to plan and execute technical Go-to-Market activities necessary for a flawless product launch.
You will work closely with our sales team and lead technical solution discovery for our customers and provide innovative customer-driven solutions.
Be the customer champion and identify product/functionality gaps from customer feedback that are required to deliver a solution and collaborate with internal product and technology teams to define the necessary enhancements to support delivery.
Develop Solution Writeups, Technical write-ups and samples, and Contribute to technical documents that can be used by our customers.
