The Zoom Virtual Engineering (ZVE) Solutions Engineer (SE) is an exciting and rewarding position. The ideal ZVE SE is passionate about our UCaaS vision and will have experience in Cloud Meetings, Cloud Video, Cloud Voice, ISV integrations as well as having knowledge of legacy PBX/telephony systems and on-prem video endpoints. This individual will work with enterprise-level customers to demonstrate the business value of specialized product-sets within the overall Zoom platform.
This individual must be able to understand and articulate Zoom's architectural advantages to our customers and support the Account Executive when it comes to proposing and designing solutions to our customers biggest challenges by being the pre-sales expert within a specific subject matter expertise area.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a background in telephony, video and applications sales, knowledge of Zoom communication platform (Meetings, Chat, Webinars, Phone, Events, Rooms, Marketplace/API) and/or competitive equivalent. In-depth knowledge of application-based competition is preferred. (Microsoft, Amazon, RingCentral, 8x8, Cisco, etc)
