Job description:

Support the management of incoming sales leads and customer inquiries. Possess knowledge and understanding of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems. Drive growth in service contract sales by planning and achieving defined sales objectives and targets. Develop new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Create, plan, and deliver presentations on services and solutions tailored to customer needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare cost estimates and contract quotations for clients. Generate and submit sales reports regularly. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Work closely with colleagues to enhance and support overall sales efforts. Follow up and assist in collecting outstanding payments from customers. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager when required.

Requirement

With valid class 3 driving license Own self vehicle will be an advantage
