About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This role specializes in

bathroom and kitchen fittings, lighting solutions, ceiling fans, and related home lifestyle products

. You will play a vital role in assisting homeowners in choosing the right solutions to elevate their living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional advice on product features, finishes, compatibility, and installation for fittings, lighting, fans, and more. Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, ID partners, and contractors to drive trust and repeat business. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, close sales, and coordinate deliveries. Maintain a presentable and welcoming showroom experience that showcases our curated selection. Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and customer preferences. Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from selection to after-sales.

T

rack leads, update CRM systems, and provide sales performance reports to the management.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in interior, lighting, kitchen, or sanitaryware industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong product knowledge and a passion for home improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays)
