Develop new sales opportunities and build rapport in new accounts
Responsible for identifying a customer\'s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish
Manage building of new accounts
Manage and keep track of own KPI.

Requirement:
Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry
Preferably have a good network in outsourcing model.
Preferably with MNC contacts.
Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
