/ Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at ITree Solutions, you will:


Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients across industries such as logistics, Oil & Gas, Banking, finance, retail, healthcare, and SMEs. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of ITree Solutions' services. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, showcasing IT and BPO solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability for the company. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, securing repeat business and upselling services. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, operations) & business partners (local & overseas) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, data analytics, and BPO services is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
