Provide pre-sales technical support, product/system architecture proposal
Provide software/product training to customers, including after trials and after-sales engagements.
Provide professional presentation and consultation on company’s products for existing and new customers.
Research and support the communication process with prospects.
Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
Send newsletters to stakeholders, partners and buyers.
Define and contact new prospects. Manage existing customer accounts, and at the same time, seek and develop new customer accounts. Successfully create a business pipeline from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Carry out sales and marketing activities in executing deals, post-sales, marketing strategies, campaigns, and analysing the market, competitors and customers
Establish business and industry contacts and cultivate the relationships to identify new business and revenue opportunities.
Able to build strong and strategic partnerships at all levels of prospects and clients as well as develop future businesses
Assist Willowmore team in testing both software and hardware products, including our latest gateway technologies.
Provide feedback and be familiar with the Product technicalities
Requirements
Min1-3 years of experience with good communication and interpersonal skills
Diploma or Degree in IT or Engineering technology solution will be an advantage
Location: Central
