Lead and build rapport with assigned distributors' teams. Feedbacks on the supports and progress of these teams during weekly team meetings. Plan and manage weekly meetings and seminars. Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition events. Manage the monthly recognition event. Handle all distributors' recognition - recognition photos, electronic letters, pins, electronic wall of fame and magazine recognition. Assist in all incentive trips coordination - VISA application and travel arrangement etc. Event venue sourcing and submission of event contracts for approval. Provide support to sales and marketing departments. Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed. Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline preferred. Minimum 3 years of related experience. Knowledge with Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. IT savvy, independent, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, original and fun. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be creative, detail-oriented, have good planning & analytical skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
