Job Description
Responsibilities
- Personnel Administration in the Service Department
- Clientele management and growth for our service
- Controlling the collection efforts of the customer service department
- Assist in developing the preventative measures plan with the general manager
- The maintenance division of the company is a specific growth target.
- Give prospective customers accurate and up-to-date technical advice on maintaining the company\'s products.
- Upon request from potential clients, prepare quotes for the supply, repair, and installation of products.
- Providing customers with accurate information about the timeline for their
- Service requests and coordinating service teams with clients for prompt and affordable
- At least 3-5 years of Business-Related experience
- Safety boot is required
- Working Location : Ubi
- Working days: 5 working days per week, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm
