Responsibilities
- Staff Management in the Service Department
- Growth and management of our service\'s clientele
- Management of customer service department debt collection
- Help the general manager create the preventative measures plan
- Specific growth target for the company is its maintenance business.
- Give potential customers technical advice that is up to date and accurate regarding maintaining the company\'s products
- Prepare quotes for the supply, repair, and installation of products as requested by potential clients.
- Serve customers by accurately informing them of the timeframe for their service request and coordinating service crews and customers for timely and economical
- At least 3-5 years of Business-Related experience
- Safety boot is required
- Working Location : Ubi
- Working days: 5 working days per week, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm
