Responsibilities

Staff Management in the Service Department
Growth and management of our service\'s clientele
Management of customer service department debt collection
Help the general manager create the preventative measures plan
Specific growth target for the company is its maintenance business.
Give potential customers technical advice that is up to date and accurate regarding maintaining the company\'s products
Prepare quotes for the supply, repair, and installation of products as requested by potential clients.
Serve customers by accurately informing them of the timeframe for their service request and coordinating service crews and customers for timely and economical

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of Business-Related experience
Safety boot is required
Working Location : Ubi
Working days: 5 working days per week, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm
