Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Relationship management and onboarding

o Obtain deep knowledge of clients' business model, their trading strategies, maximising wallet share
o Candidate will be expected to guide clients through the onboarding process as well as managing client relationships
o Attend to prospects or customers' enquiries on Futures, FX and CFDs trading, troubleshoot issues

• Implement tactical plans to expand customer base
• Lead and participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition
• Strong sense of ownership of financial KPIs and market share
• Work with various Exchanges, Vendor and External Providers to hold seminars and conduct marketing events
• Source and establish contact with prospects through customer and staff/Trading Representatives' referrals
• Assess prospect's suitability and engage prospects for account opening
• Work and coordinate with various departments such as Operations, IT, Risk Management or Finance to service customers' needs
• Work with banking group to cross sell Futures, FX and CFDs trading to internal clients

Reporting to:

• Head, Futures, FX and CFD Business Development

Qualifications
Requirements:

• A degree in Economics, or Finance is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Futures, FX and/or CFDs, with a good track record in sales and customer acquisition. Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Knowledge of derivatives products, in particular energy OTC products, and/or clearing is preferred
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• possess ability to work independently and in a team
• As the role requires you to work with Chinese speaking clients, being proficient in Business Mandarin is an advantage, but not a requirement
