Position Summary
The Sales Leader role brings the full value of the organisation\'s propositions to buy-side and sell-side customers, taking responsibility for planning and executing the business growth. We help our customers achieve success by providing access to an open platform that uncovers opportunity and catalyzes change.

This is a regional role and will work with the global product team and the local sales and account team to drive the last mile execution and contribution to gross sales. This role will ensure the right focus is driven across campaigns by working with a team of sales specialists in APAC.

We are seeking a strong leader who advocates and articulates strategy into regional financial market communities including customers, industry associations and regulators through meetings and as a speaker at conferences!

Tactical Ownership of sales strategy and execution:

  • Drive last mile execution of regional sales strategy around customer types and workflows.

  • Interlock with global product team, regional sales leadership to own and drive gross sales performance in Asia Pacific.

  • Provide deep regional market and customer insight to design sales campaigns.

  • Take ownership of converting sales campaigns into customer adoption of products, services.

  • Share case studies and replicate deals across markets to drive a hunter mentality within the sales team.

  • Providing domain expertise, coaching and mentoring to the sales specialists.

  • Driving and tracking learning/certification aligned to OEMS suite of products, services within the sales team.


Cross-functional alignment and communication around customer agenda.

  • Plan and assess readiness of new product launches and product sunsets / migrations.

  • Provide deal support for strategic and/or sophisticated deals.

  • Acting as the standard of domain and product knowledge.


Qualifications and Experience Required

  • University degree, industry qualification

  • Over 5+ years of experience within capital markets trading communities

  • Ability to translate market trends into business plans and execution of these plans

  • Build and nurture senior and strategic client and industry relationships

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills including influencing at a high level and lead teams and partners to achieve a common objective

  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

  • Languages required should support your regional business

  • Demonstrate a blend of strategic and operational skills

  • Experience operating in a matrix organization, including stakeholder engagement and influencing management
