Responsibilities

Market and lease commercial, industrial and medical developments to achieve set sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing strategies and activities
Ensure compliance to all company regulations and statutory requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong passion in selling
Resourceful and self-motivated
