Sales Manager (Ocean Freight)

- Salary: Up to $6500 + Transportation Allowance+ AWS + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 6:15 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow the Ocean Freight business through proactive outdoor sales initiatives.
- Perform portfolio performance review meetings to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures as needed.
- Provide input on possible enhancements to existing processes.
- Understand the local market trends and engage in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Development of annual sales plans for one\'s customer portfolio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Business Development management experience in 3PL/ Ocean Freight
- Strong Communication skill is an added advantage
