Job Description

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to enhance customer relations and improve customer retention.
• Visit each customer at least twice a year.
• Create an annual travel plan for overseas customers in the South East Asia Region.
• Perform annual inspections of sorters for all customers.
• Renew contracts for all hotlines.
• Prepare monthly Order Intake Forecasts (OIF) and Order Entries (OE).
• Follow up on Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and their implementation across all sites.

• Achieve sales targets.
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and monitor financial plans and forecasts, taking necessary actions to address any shortfalls.
• Prepare sales price calculation sheets and quotations for upgrade/spare parts/field service/residential service and hotline contracts.
• Prepare the annual budget and set targets.
• Take over projects from the project team and follow up on warranty cases.
• Support the O&M team with technical matters.

• Hold a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a physical science. A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher is preferred.
• Possess qualifications and experience in information technology, network, or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which would be an added advantage.
• Preferably have experience in servicing and maintaining baggage or material handling equipment, or the automotive or industrial equipment industries.
• Possess qualifications or prior experience in management or a similar field.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Display high energy and motivation to succeed.
• Have a working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, and excellent skills in Visual Basic.
• Possess the ability to test and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Be willing to travel frequently.
