The Immigration Sales Executive is expected to have experience and expertise in business development and immigration case processing.ABOUT THE JOB DUTIES

  • Complete A to Z in generating leads and closing the sales in the assigned states/ countries in a given Region.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information to clients.
  • Handling queries, following up with leads/ clients and maintaining good relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Effectively manage prospects and maintain essential information about communication history/notes using CRM.
  • Continuously monitor changes to various Canadian Immigration regulations/ Draws & keeping up-to-date with alterations to the laws.
  • Exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Each sale will be awarded good incentives; thus, the more sales employees do, the more incentives they take home.
  • Promote the business through networking, PR, and industry events.
  • Analyze local & expansion markets to identify sales opportunities, prospective companies, and associated buyers
  • Prepare presentations
  • Effectively hire, train, and manage a dedicated group of Business Development professionals.
  • Effectively manage prospects and maintain critical information using CRM.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Director.
  • Other duties, whenever assigned by the Director
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience - (MUST) 3+ years of Sales and Marketing and immigration experience would be added advantage.
  • Young, energetic, go-getter attitude.
  • Communication - (MUST) Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ENGLISH Very Fluent
  • Education - (MUST) Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong proficiency with IT (MUST), especially Google Sheets and MS Office Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate immigration law firm or IT agency
  • An aptitude to effectively multi-task and stay organized, and adaptable across varying priorities
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving with limited supervision
  • Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.
IMPORTANT :Hybrid working/10-hour shift (break excluded) in UK/ CA working hours.Salary and incentives - 22,000.00 PHP Monthly+ Sales Bonus per every conversionJob Type: Full-timePay: 22,000.00 PHP per monthJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php22,000.00 per monthSchedule:
