Our client is one of the multi-disciplinary group serving as a one-stop provider of environmental solutions and integrated services to diverse industries including the semiconductor, healthcare, electric vehicles battery, wastewater treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.

2. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

5. Marketing Collaboration:

• Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.

6. Sales Presentations:

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants, effectively communicating the value proposition of our ductwork solutions.

7. Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

8. Sales Reporting:

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

9. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

10. Industry Representation:

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.

11. Team Leadership:

• Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.

12. Customer Feedback:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.

13. Product Knowledge:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ductwork products and services, as well as advancements in HVAC technology relevant to the target sectors.

14. Collaboration with Engineering:

• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and project plans.

15. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

16. Sales Training Programs:

• Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

17. Customer Retention Strategies:

• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.

18. Performance Metrics:

• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
