Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve goals in healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging industry insights and connections.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.Team Leadership & Training: Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations for seamless project execution.Requirements:Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Preferred Qualifications:Industry Experience: Experience in the ductwork or HVAC industry.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements and regulations.Certifications: Certification in sales or related fields (e.g., CPSP, CSM).Working Conditions:Work Environment: Full-time position with standard office hours.Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.Tan Choon HauEA Licence No:18C9251EA Reg ID: R1988835
